Professor Tzu-Chau Lin

I received my Ph.D. degree in Chemistry from State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo) in 2003 under the tutelage of Prof. Paras N. Prasad. After the graduate school training, I have performed postdoctoral research in the Institute of Lasers, Photonics, and Biophotonics (ILPB) at SUNY Buffalo for one year. I was appointed as an Assistant Professor by the Department of Materials Science and Engineering of National Dong Hwa University in Taiwan from Feb. 2004 to July 2005. Starting from Aug. 2005, I have joined National Central University in Taiwan. I am currently Professor in Chemistry and my research is in the area of organic functional materials, two-photon-related photophysics, and organic optical power-limiting materials.
